Showtime!

This week has been hectic, tiring but also exciting. Yesterday I had my first revue show and it went great! The theatre was pretty filled and they laughed a lot during the show. Even though I am not exactly shy on a stage, I was pretty nervous whether my sketches were actually funny. When the final number was over I had adrenaline pumping through my veins. I was however a tiny bit sad when I realized I had nobody in the audience I knew to ask how it went and what they thought. Luckily they do film it, so I will bring the dvd of the show back home to show everybody (probably should warn my grandma there is a nude sketch in it).


Due to the show I have been very busy. I had rehearsals on Thursday, the entire weekend, Monday and Tuesday. It has been a lot of fun but also very tiring.
The one day I had of was Friday and I used that beautiful sunny day to go to Watsons Bay with Lisianne. We spent our time walking over the cliffs and staring at mohawkpidgeons. When looking over the sea I felt at ease and happy to be where I am now. I miss Pedro a lot, but I know he will be here soon and then I can show him the sceneries myself.



Now I have to finish my PR assignment before I head back to the theatre to prepare myself for another show. This time Lisianne, Harm and Lieke are coming to watch and I hope I will make them laugh their asses off.
